Surfe is on a mission to transform how SDRs generate pipeline, creating a world where sales professionals only focus on relationships.

Concretely, it takes the form of a browser extension helping thousands of customers (including Google, Uber, Mirakl, Spendesk) connect their CRM with LinkedIn. Evolving organically from this simple solution, we are now scaling up while keeping the focus on solving the pain of opinionated CRM flows.

Having recently reached 10M€ ARR and raised 4M€ in seed funding, the time has come to grow the team and take our product to the next level. Exciting challenges are to come as well as opportunities for career growth.

We are a team of 60+ from 20 different countries, we are based in Paris but most of us are fully remote, working across 7 different timezones, from Salvador, Brazil to Cairo, Egypt.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Product Manager who obsesses over data and user behavior to own the self-serve product experience from sign-up through activation, conversion, and retention.

Today, Surfe faces a conversion challenge: too many users drop off during sign-up and onboarding. We need someone who will dig into the data, form hypotheses about why users aren’t reaching their “aha moment,” and ship product changes that fix it, whether that’s rethinking the onboarding flow, removing a mandatory step, or restructuring how we surface value.

You’ll analyze user behavior, define activation milestones, run in-product experiments, and collaborate with engineering and design to build an experience that converts curious visitors into active, retained users. You’ll also work closely with marketing to ensure the right users are arriving in the first place.
