Who You Are
We're looking for a customer success leader to drive the success of our commercial projects in the United States, optimize service delivery, and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale customer projects: own the success of your team's projects, scale operations to meet customer demand, ensure high satisfaction, and incorporate lessons learned for future improvements.
- Manage customer relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with selected enterprise accounts and strategic smaller accounts.
- Drive business growth: contribute to scaling the commercial services business and champion new value propositions, ensuring services remain strategic rather than commoditized.
- Own onboarding and delivery: be responsible for successful onboarding as well as ongoing service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
- 5โ8 years of experience in a role such as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Senior CSM (mid-market / enterprise).
- Prior experience in SaaS, AI companies, CRM administration (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred), or IT support.
- Proven track record leading large to mid-size software implementations.
